Additional Booking Options: Our King Suite with full size kitchen, dining and sitting space may be combined with either of our Queen Studio Bedrooms, creating a two or three bedroom suite to accommodate six (6) to eight (8) guests respectively on our 2nd or 3rd floor.

 


General Conditions

  • Room rates, as displayed, DO NOT include 16% taxes/fees
  • The bed accommodations in each room are as follows:
    • One (1) queen size bed in each of the queen efficiency & studio bedrooms,
    • One (1) queen size bed and one (1) queen size loft bed in the garden cottage and
    • One (1) king size bed in each of the king Suites
  • Rates are based on:
    • 2 adults per one-bedroom studio,
    • 4 adults per two-bedroom unit and
    • 6 adults per three-bedroom unit.
  • Additional guests are allowed:
    • 1 additional guest per Queen Studio Bedroom or
    • 1 additional guest per King Suite;
    • add $35 per additional guest (includes $15 for fold-away bed)
  • Pack & play units are available at a cost of $10/night
  • Fold-away beds are available at a cost of $15/night
  • Children 12 and under stay free in room with parents/adults, however,  fold-away beds are $15/night
  • Special Rates:
    • Call for weekly or monthly rates and for any advertised or unadvertised discounted rates where special conditions may apply
    • Two (2) night minimum stay is required in order to redeem any announced or unannounced discounts we may offer throughout the seasons

      Deposit, Cancellation and General Policies

  • Check-in time: After 3:00 p.m. (call for very early or very late check-ins).
  • Check-out time: by or before 11:00 a.m.
  • Deposit: 50% or 2 nights minimum for 3 or more night stay is required to secure all bookings; balance is to be paid on or before check-in.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel up to 14 days prior to arrival date and receive a full refund. Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival date, the entire amount of the deposit is forfeited.
  • Holiday cancellations are allowed up to 42 days prior to check-in date; less than 42 days, deposit is forfeited.
  • Holiday dates are as follows:
    • Christmas: 18th December – 10th January
    • Easter: 22nd March – 25th April
  • Minimum length of stay:
    • Holidays – 3 nights
    • High season (15th November – 14th May) and discounted rates – 2 nights
    • Low season (15th May – 14th November) – 1 night
  • Damages to VA property: Damages incurred to hotel property as a result of hotel occupant or guest(s) of occupant, will result in fees that will be billed to the hotel occupant/guest. Fees may vary depending upon the amount necessary to restore or replace the damaged property.
  • Loss or damages to guest property: Villa Allamanda cannot assume responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise or articles left in any area of the Hotel prior to, during or following your stay.
  • Keys: There will be a charge of $50 per room key that is lost, damaged or not returned upon check-out.
  • No-shows or early check-outs will result in forfeiture of deposit/cost of stay.
  • All bookings are confirmed only when the minimum deposit is paid, as outlined above.
  • No pets are allowed
