Additional Booking Options:Our King Suite with full size kitchen, dining and sitting space may be combined with either of our Queen Studio Bedrooms, creating a two- or three-bedroom suite to accommodate six (6) to eight (8) guests respectively on our 2nd or 3rd floor.

 

General Conditions

  • Room rates, as displayed, DO NOT include taxes and services.
  • Rates are based on:
    • 2 adults per unit
  • The bed accommodations in each room are as follows:
    • One (1) queen size bed in each of the queen efficiency & studio bedrooms
    • One (1) queen size bed and one (1) queen size loft bed in the garden cottage
    • One (1) king size bed in each of the one-bedroom King Suites
    • One (1) king size bed and two (2) single beds in each of the King Suites with an OPTIONAL ADD-ON sleeping space
  • Additional guests are allowed:
    • 1 additional guest per Queen Studio Bedroom
    • 1 additional guest per one-bedroom King Suite;
    • add $50 per additional guest (includes $25 for fold-away mattress)
  • Pack & play units are available at a cost of $20/night
  • Fold-away mattress is available at a cost of $25/night
  • Children 12 and under stay free in room with parents/adults, however, fold-away mattress is $25/night
  • Special Rates:
    • Call for weekly or monthly rates and for any advertised or unadvertised discounted rates where special conditions may apply
    • Two (2) night minimum stay is required in order to redeem any announced or unannounced discounts we may offer throughout the seasons


    Deposit, Cancellation and General Policies

  • Check-in time: After 3:00 p.m. (call in advance for very early or very late check-ins).
    o Early check-ins are ALWAYS subject to availability and must be arranged on the date of check-in only.
  • Check-out time: by or before 11:00 a.m. (late check-out may incur additional charges up to the cost of one night)
  • Deposit: 50% or minimum one-night cost is required to secure all bookings; balance is to be paid on or before check-in.
  • Cancellation Conditions (non-holiday bookings):
    o Free cancelation if cancelled more than 30 days before check-in.
    o If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days (but more than 14 days) before arrival then a charge equal to the first night of the stay will be made.
    o If a booking is cancelled less than 14 days before arrival then a charge equal to 50.00% of the booking (or minimum of 1-night cost) will be made.
    o In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
  • Holiday and Special Event cancellations are allowed up to 45 days prior to check-in date with a charge equal to one-night cost; less than 45 days, entire deposit is forfeited.
  • Holiday dates are as follows:
    o Christmas: 20th December – 10th January
    o Easter: 7 days before and 7 days following Easter Sunday
  • No Show & Booking Reduction
    o In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) no refund will be issued.
  • Minimum length of stay:
    o Christmas Holiday – 3 nights
    o Special Events – 2 nights
    o All other times – 1 night
  • Damages to VA property: Damages incurred to Villa property as a result of Villa guest or visitor(s) of guest, will result in fees that will be billed to the Villa guest/visitor. Fees may vary depending upon the amount necessary to restore or replace the damaged property.
  • Loss or damages to guest property: Villa Allamanda cannot assume responsibility for damages or loss of merchandise or articles left in any area of the Villa prior to, during or ollowing your stay.
  • Keys: There will be a charge of $50 per room key that is lost, damaged or not returned upon check-out.
  • All bookings are confirmed only when the minimum deposit is paid, as outlined above.
